Private Pesticide Applicator Training

Dane County staff conduct pesticide applicator training annually in the winter months.   Individuals that are unable to attend or miss a training session can still contact the Dane County Extension Office to take the exam as a self study option.

Training sessions run from 9:30am to about 3:30pm.  Normally tests are distributed after lunch and then participants may leave when they are finished with their test.  There is no fee to attend a training session (lunch is covered by sponsorships), but you must purchase a PATs manual for $30.  We recommend you purchase the manual prior to the training session in order to review the information.

Training Sessions are scheduled for 2015!

Dates and Locations:

Thursday, February 5, 2015 at the Red Mouse in Cross Plains

Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at Christiana in Deerfield
